Yes, this is another pizza recipe. We have thought of so many different ways to enjoy and make our favorite food. Although we have so many pizza variations, I think our taste buds are determined to continue to come up with even more! Our pizza addiction is so severe that we are always trying to sneak in a new way to make it. Every week when we make a grocery list, ingredients for pizza always make the cut. This week when coming up with food, this Caesar salad pizza was a no brainer addition to our weeknight line up. We loved how easy it was to make and how fresh and delicious it was. Every bite had me wanting so much more. Best of all, it is such a healthy spin on pizza and helped me to feel not so guilty about devouring the entire thing!

Our efforts to make healthier meals have been really enjoyable! When we crave something unhealthy, it is so fun to think of how to make it much better for us. After putting a better effort into choosing good for you foods, it becomes almost second nature to eat healthier. Once fresh vegetables and healthy ingredients dominate recipes, it is almost a challenge to eat greasy and unhealthy foods. This conscious decision has been so fun and I have loved transforming our recipes.

Caesar salad pizza

My favorite thing about this Caesar salad pizza is that it combines two of the best meals into one. Caesar salad with rotisserie chicken is one of our most loved meals. When we walk into the grocery store and take in the amazing aromas of the rotisserie chickens, it is so hard not to take one home. After putting one in our cart, we almost always make a Caesar salad with the amazing treat. When Dan suggested making a Caesar salad pizza, I knew that we had to try this brilliant idea. In no time, a healthy and scrumptious treat was ready to devour!

This pizza would be the perfect date night dinner or a simple weeknight meal for the family. I can imagine convincing kids to eat their salad because it is on top of a delicious pizza crust. This crowd pleaser is so exciting to make and enjoy. I am sure that if you decide to try this simple recipe, it will become a meal that you make over and over again!
