Your guests will love digging into each dish whether or not you are rooting for either team. If you are rooting for the Eagles or Patriots, then these fries would be the best way to cheer them on! With the best flavors from both cities and teams, you will be amazed by how loaded and delicious each of these fun dishes really are.

Philly Cheesesteak French Fries

Philly Cheesesteak French Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen French Fries
  • 1 pound Beef, cut into strips
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the French fries according to package instructions.
  3. Place the cooked French fries in a baking dish. On top of the French fries, add the slices of cheese and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Season the beef with salt and pepper and then cook on a skillet on medium heat. Heat until meat is thoroughly cooked. Drain the fat and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the olive oil and the bell pepper. Cook the peppers until they are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the beef and bell peppers to the French fries. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!

Notes

These fries would be even tastier with a drizzle of Ranch dressing!
