When we looked into what to make for the Seahawks, I seriously came to a dead end. After searching and searching, I had no clue what to make. About 10 years ago, my family and I visited Seattle. At the time, I did not eat seafood and was told by my family that they had the very best crab cakes at a local restaurants. Now that I love seafood, I am pretty disappointed in my younger self that I refused to try this delectable crab cake. Even though I wanted to recreate these, I did not know if I could do them justice. Therefore, I went searching some more and found something exciting! Apparently, people in Seattle take pretzels very seriously.

  1. Using a stand mixer with a hook attachment, add the yeast and water. Follow active dry yeast instructions and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour the salt and cooled butter into the mixing bowl. Stir.
