With school starting tomorrow, we are on the hunt for super easy meals to make each night. When I come home late from prepping my classroom, I have very little energy to put into dinner. This week, I have several meals that will be perfect for busy families going back to school in the near future. From light and quick to hearty and ready to prepare ahead of time, these meals are perfect for this hectic time of year. While I was prepping my classroom last week, one of meals I threw together was these easy fried ravioli. Both flavorful and crispy, these fried ravioli were a fun twist on the classic easy dinner. Rather than pouring sauce on store bought ravioli, we breaded them and made them perfectly golden. In a few minutes, these crunchy and incredible ravioli became the most perfect and unexpected dinner.

Putting a spin on dishes that we usually make in a pinch, has been a fun challenge. We love cooking things we eat regularly in new ways. Fried ravioli is something that we have always wanted to try but were too timid to make. When we put all of the ingredients on the counter and started experimenting, we realized how simple this delicious idea truly was.
