Right now, trick or treaters are knocking at our door and we are enjoying the World Series. It is a perfect Tuesday night, and to add these delicious buffalo macaroni bites to the mix, makes it even better! We are loving this first Halloween at our new place, and it is so fun to have kids stop by our home in adorable costumes. We love this tradition we created of making dinner and greeting trick or treaters. Eating spicy and fun macaroni bites is a tradition we would love to keep year after year.
These amazingly fun buffalo macaroni bites are ready in just a few steps and are both perfectly spicy and creamy. We made these delicious appetizers to represent the Buffalo Bills for our weekly football posts. After some searching, we wanted an easy dish that would highlight the Bills in a fun way. Using buffalo sauce was an easy nod to the team and this dish was a perfect way to celebrate them. We loved how it was the best bite sized treat that could be enjoyed while watching the game. After devouring a few too many of these bites, we think that everyone should try to make these tasty little morsels.
Week after week when we make these football recipes, we love how we are able to experiment with different ingredients and merge fun flavors together. With this challenge every week to come up with an appetizer, we are able to create unique and incredibly tasty foods. Trying to make these recipes perfect for watching in front of a football game, has made the challenge even more intriguing.
Even though we made these buffalo macaroni bites to enjoy on Halloween, these cheesy appetizers would be just as delicious to gobble up during a football game or while tailgating. We loved how they were so creamy and bursting with flavor in every bite. Best of all, they were so simple to make. Breaking down a delicious macaroni dish and putting it into cupcake tins was the greatest way to enjoy this incredible meal in small bites. Once you try one, it will be hard not to eat them all! If you make these fun buffalo macaroni bites, I am positive that you will love the bold flavors in one tiny meal. If you try them, please let us know what you think!
